Tkdochoa.com is an online boutique and all the orders are placed online.
Do I need to register?
You are only required to register with Evica if you are making a purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
If we shipped your order we cannot cancel it for you, once you receive the item, please send it back to us (within 7 days) in its original condition and we will refund your purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally! Please check our Shipping Information page for all the details.
Can I return/exchange an item?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please check our Return Policy page for more information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all the mejor debit and credit cards as well as PayPal payments.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes! All prices displayed are the prices you pay.
What if my dress is not available?
If your dress is not in stock and we cannot order it either from our warehouse or from the designer, we will notify you within 72 hours. In that case,you may either make another selection or cancel your order completely. Your card will never be changed unless we order your dress.
How do I find the correct size?
You will have the option to view the size chart for the designer of the dress you are ordering if you click on "size chart" on the product detail page. These size charts come directly from the manufacturers. Each manufacturer cuts their dresses according to those particular size measurements.
Do you have your own catalog?
We have a fabulous four color magazine that we will be happy to send to you. Please email us or call us with your name and mailing address.
Do you perform alterations in your store?
Alterations are performed in our store for an additional charge. Our expert seamstresses work by appointment. Please call or email us for an appointment. The price of the alteration is based on the amount of work that needs to be done. Alterations must be paid for in full at the first fitting appointment.
Is it necessary to make an appointment?
Appointments are recommended for Women's Eveningwear. Women's appointments run approximately one hour. We try to accomodate walk ins but there may be a wait. We do not make appointments for Prom/Party dresses. We work on a first come, first served basis.
